Drive one of our off-road vehicles on trail in the Otay Wilderness area that borders Mexico and take in the views of San Diego and Tijuana from a unique perspective. From this rolling, rumpled peak encompassed in the Otay Wilderness, you will enjoy some of the best bi-national views peering as far as 115 miles north into the United States and nearly as far into Mexico.

We have different trail options, which are sure to give you the best outdoor experience while visiting San Diego.

Beginner / Sightseeing

Minnewawa Truck Trail: Our beginner route is a 15 mile, rugged fire road that climbs about 3000′ and offers panoramic views of San Diego and Mexico.

Beginner / 4×4 Intro

Ridgeline Trail: Our Ridgeline route starts off with a 3000′ climb to the top, then we shift into 4Lo and tackle rugged terrain and obstacles.

Intermediate / Rugged 4×4

Overwatch Trail: The Overwatch route consists of rocky terrain and steep descents, but don’t worry, we start off on the beginner trail first.
