Mountain Trails

Thirty minutes from Seaport Village, the city disappears. Trade skyline views for panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean, the San Diego coastline, and Mexico from mountain ridgelines most visitors never see.

3,000 feet of elevation. Views in every direction. Your hands on the wheel.

We have three different trail options to give you the best outdoor experience while visiting San Diego!

Trail Options
Scenic Route – $450 weekday / $550 weekend 

Minewawa Truck Trail

20 miles of mountain fire roads climbing 3,000 feet with panoramic views of San Diego and Mexico. The full scenic adventure.

Explorer Route – $550 weekday / $650 weekend

Overwatch Trail

Everything in the Scenic Route, plus rocky off-shoot terrain and steep descents with commanding overlook positions.

Summit Route – $650 weekday / $750 weekend 

Ridge line Trail

The complete experience. Scenic views, explorer terrain, then shift into 4-Lo for rugged ridge line obstacles. Every mile we offer.

Capable Jeep with gear for driver and up to 4 passengers
Guide-led trip lasting 2-3 hours with stops at various way-points

Note: if you are booking within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel pick-up.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Please Note: If roads are closed due to weather conditions or other closures, we reserve the right to substitute an alternate route.

We offer a private, guided four-wheel driving experience like no other in San Diego and are popular with experienced off-roaders and first-timers alike!

Whether you’ve never driven off-road or are a seasoned pro, you’ll quickly build confidence, refine your techniques, have fun along the way and create lifelong memories.

We will navigate high, steep climbs and heart-pounding descents, while taking in some of the most beautiful country around, all with the feeling of confidence and safety.

An Experience Like No Other. Enjoy the great outdoors while developing off-road skills to tackle the most extreme terrain. Drive one of our 4×4 vehicles and enjoy one-to-one guidance.
